- 5 / 5By Miranda WestOn a road trip from Houston to Laredo we decided to make a stop in Goliad just to check out the town. We ate at the Blue Quail Deli and don't have a single negative comment! I had the roast beef melt with the cream of jalapeño soup, both were very enjoyable.
What was just as good as the food was the staff of ladies! They were friendly and super happy. Played with my daughter who had been in the car a few hours and gave us lots of pointers on where to go in Goliad.
